Quality Assurance Officer

Job Description

1. Support Quality Assurance tasks and transaction processes

- Conducts daily data quality checks for HR Services – monitoring data accuracy and identify additional training requirements

- Complete hygiene check of data as per the defined timelines

2. Functional focus in the areas of quality assurance:

- Conduct internal audits on various processes in HR Services

- Complete hygiene check on process adherence as per defined timelines

- Applies QA criteria in a consistent manner

- Makes updates to QA processes and categories

- Review processes across HR Services and suggest improvement areas to ensure adherence to quality standards and improve work efficiency to result in improvement in quality,TAT,COST and /or customer satisfaction(through Six Sigma,Kaizen, 5S, etc)

- Collects and maintains employee satisfaction inquiries

- Complaints and suggestions management

- Manages updates to process documentation manuals and other materials

- Preperation of monthly/quarterly reports to various clients

- Preperation of KORC document and maintenance of relevant audit proofs in a consistent manner

- Raise risk awareness of employees of HR Services

- Work on projects as required

3. Functional focus in the area of BCM, Audit, ORM, Compliance and G-SATi

- Ensure adherance of all processes within HR Services to ISO 9001:2000 standards

- Ensure adherance of all processes within HR Services to ISO 27001 standards

- Ensure timely updates of all BCM documentations and coordinate for complete BCP tests and BCM management

- Ensure timely completion of ORM activities consistently

- Manage and monitor client engagement and customer relationship plans and activities for HR Services and coordinate for G-SATi surveys for the team

General Requirements:

Good command of written and verbal English

Key Technical Skills/ Knowledge:

Core HR CORE

Payroll administration CORE

Peoplesoft and Business Objects CORE

Demonstration of AA values and principles CORE

Key Behavioural Competencies / Management Approach:
