Profile :

Providing technical assistance to US customers for an inbound process and resolve their technical issues related to Ipod.

Eligibilty criteria & Skill Set :

# Graduates with or without exp.

# 10+2 Fresher or Experienced

# Diploma Fresher or Experienced.

# BE Fresher (below 55%)

# Excellent communication skills with basic technical knowledge

Interview : 16/ Sept/08 to 1/ Oct/08

Timings: 11:00 am to 5:00 pm

Days: Monday to Saturday
