Management Trainee (On Contract)

Job Description

Job title: Management Trainee

Reports to Assistant Manager

Contract Duration: 5-6 months max

Overall Focus:

Consumer Research
Interface with Creative Agency

Key responsibility:

Consumer research

Carry out primary research for various requirements.
Collate and analyze the data from the primary research.
Give relevant recommendations based on primary and secondary research.

On-the job training

Assist in daily projects.
Interact with the creative agency and the media agency.
Interact with the on-line agency for specific tasks.

Cross functional assignments

Work closely with the content and products team to understand their roadmaps
Ideate with the marketing team on possible marketing opportunities for the above
Interact with the PR team.

Requirements

Education : Min requirement should be a graduate in Bcom , BA (Economics) with excellent oral and written communication and analytical capability

Experience : 0- 3 years

Familiarity and active usage of the Internet.
