Job Description

Lucrative opportunity to work with direct client of Telecom Software Giant Aricent Technologies(Flextronics).

Job Responsibilities:
Interacting with customers, understanding their needs and helping them.
Provide technical support to Customer by remotely accessing their networks & troubleshooting the queries.
Working on all CISCO products related queries and troubleshooting the same.
Remote Support to the client.
Handling the troubleshooting independently.

Desired Profile

Skills Required:

• Troubleshooting exp.
• Willing to work in 24*7 Support (Night Shifts).
• Prior exp of Voice based technical support.
• Knowledge of CISCO product will be an added advantage.

Fairly conversant with Networking Fundamentals viz:

• Routing Protocols
• TCP/ IP and IRQs
• Basic operating systems related to Networking

Soft Skills:
Good communication written as well as verbal.

Note: CCNA Certification is mandatory.
