1. Sales Call Planning-Servicing the leads as provided by the company, analyzing sales opportunities, identifying, prospecting
2. Making sales calls-identification of customer needs, conducting financial health check, facilitating insurance selling
3. Building, maintaining customer relationship-for ongoing business & reference generation
4. Sales MIS data reporting as per defined schedules

Desired Candidate Profile

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who have the knack for selling. You would be a part of Aviva India’s new vertical - AVIVA DIRECT

1. Minimum Graduation with any stream. MBA would be preferred
2. 0-3 years of experience in Insurance, Sales, Marketing, cards with leading Insurance, Banking or Financial companies
3.IRDA Certified candidates would be preferable
4. Go-getter attitude, convincing, aggressive, good communication and presentable

Relationship Management:
External - With customer/clients
Internal - With RM/ARM, Sales Training & HR team, Sales support & Other collegues
