Engineer

Experience : 0 – 2 Years

Job Description

The Engineer will design and develop module level and system level test cases for safety critical embedded Aerospace applications. Other essential function include:
Understand product requirements , code and create module level test cases
Understand product requirements, schematics and create system level acceptance test cases.
Ensure all processes are well documented and all documentation is will maintained.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience in an embedded software development/validation activities.
Solid knowledge of C(preferably MISRA-C) and Assembly programming language.
A high degree of aptitude, creativity, and self-direction is required. attitude of a self-starter; ability to operate with minimal supervision
Good interpersonal skills, particularly with respect to written and oral communication.
Strong knowledge of avionics software development process (preferably DO-178B or DOD-STD-2167A).
Experience in software verification and validation (at lest one project with full software life cycle).
Experience in writing Black box, White box, and Integration test cases.
Customer interfacing experience strongly desired.
Good knowledge of software development with 16 Bit/ 32 Bit microcontrollers/DSPs.
Good working experience of Matlab and Simulink.
Knowledge of Requirement management tools (preferably DOORS)
