Experience : 0 – 3 Years

Location : Delhi/NCR, Noida

Industry Type : BPO/ITES /CRM/Transcription

Functional Area : ITES/BPO/KPO, Customer Service, Ops.

Job Description

The candidate would be required to :

Handle inbound calls (very limited)
Resolving customer queries & providing solution to their problems through web.
Handling insurance based problems in the backend.

Desired Candidate Profile

*Undergraduate/Graduate with excellent comm & interpersonal skills
Strong customer care focus
* good team player-Customer care experience in BPO pref
*Good spoken English
*Good attitude
* Willing to work in shifts
* SHOULD BE A RESIDENT OF NOIDA OR SOUTH DELHI
