Job Description
Achieve sales targets assigned by the Store Manager
Follow the instructions/advice of the store manager in executing day to day responsibilities
To understand the store’s systems and policies and communicate the same effectively to the customers as and when required Adhere to store standard operating procedures while performing day to day operations
Be courteous and helpful to the customers at all times and ensure all customer complaints are handled swiftly and to the customer’s satisfaction Ensure proper knowledge of the products placed in the assigned sections
Ensure the highest store housekeeping levels at all times Make sure shelves are full and merchandise is placed as per prescribed norms Coach, groom and help peers and subordinates to help them improve their performance to achieve store objectives
Healthy team spirit Attend and adhere to regular store training programs with a willingness to learn and improve Any other responsibility as assigned from time to time
Desired Profile
A graduate with at least 0-3 years experience Industry exposure to Retail/Telecom/ Apparel/FMCG would be preferred
Experience 0 – 2 Years
