HCL requires Core Java Developers Walk-in on 19th December 2009
Experience: 3 – 8 Years
Desired profile:

Good Coding skills in core Java
Strong in Basic & Advance concepts
Strong in communication both verbal and written
Good Analytical Skills
Have excellent hands on experience on Core Java Technologies
Strong in any one of the technologies
a) Struts,b) Swings, c) EJB,d) JMS, e) J2EE, f) Servlets,g)JSP,h)hybernate and Springs.
Exposure to all Stages of Software Development Life Cycle
Experience in design of web-applications and usage of J2EE technology frameworks
Strong design and coding skills in Java / J2EE / Struts and related areas with experience in diverse domains comprising Banking and Financial Services.
Effective communicator with strong analytical, problem solving skills with a flexible / detail oriented approach
Experienced in Designing systems using UML diagrams viz. Class, Sequence and Activity Diagrams etc. and Java / J2EE Design Patterns
