Honeywell Automation – Walkin Interviews on 12th & 13th July ’08 for Advanced Process Control
Job Description:
We at Honeywell-Pune are conducting Walkin Interviews on 12th & 13th July ’08.We require BE Chemical with 4-7 yrs exp in Design,Testing, Modeling and implementation of MVPC(Multivariable) controllers.
Experience : 4 to 7 yrs
Qualifications : BE/B.Tech/ M.tech Chemical.
Position Title : Application / Sr Application Engineer.(Advanced Process Control)
Job Location : Pune
Travel required for the Job : 60 to 70% travel (Compulsory). Domestic or International.
(I) NLC : Polymer requirement. (APC)
Job Description :
1. Review of optimization and control strategies
2. Design and implementation of new control strategies in DCS
3. Design, Testing, Modeling and implementation of NLC controllers
4. NLC (Non Linear Control) controller performance monitoring & troubleshooting
5. Steady state & Dynamic simulation modeling
6. Leading and managing projects
7. Documentation and tools as and when required
8. Customer handling
9. Review the strategies and design with customer
Polymer operation preferably in Polyethylene / Polypropylene
Travel – 60 – 70% (Compulsory)
(II) APC (Advanced Process Control) requirement :
Job Description :
1. Review of optimization and control strategies
2. PID tuning & Design and implementation of new control strategies in DCS
3. Design, Testing, Modeling and implementation of MVPC controllers (Multivariable controllers)
4. MVPC controller performance monitoring & Troubleshooting
5. Steady state & Dynamic simulation modeling
6. Leading and managing projects
7. Documentation and tools as and when required
8. Customer handling
9. Review the strategies and design with customer
Travel : 60 to 70% (Compulsory)
The candidate for both the requirements should be from a refinery/ Petrochemical/ Polymer Industry.
