Trainee Business Analyst

Job Description

Trainee Business Analyst

· Good in academics (very important)

· Good knowledge of project management processes and SDLC methodology preferred but not mandatory or else willing to learn.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills Flexible and able to work successfully in a dynamic team environment. Active listening and negotiation skills.

· Should have an ‘eye for details’

· Freshers or experienced in project domain.

· Suggest improvements in standards/processes for project.

· Ability to analyze and define project processes desired.

· Good knowledge of MS Office and MS-Project or equivalent Project Management software.

Work Profile will Involve

· Eliciting, documenting, defining and reviewing detailed business and functional requirements.

· Prepare and review the Requirement Analysis and Functional Specification documents.

· Understanding and creating functional requirements in close collaboration with client personnel.

· Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional specifications.

· Working closely with development teams to build applications.

· Responsible for explaining the client requirements to the software development and testing teams. Incase of enhancements or modifications, the incumbent should be able to liaise with other Business & Systems’ teams to understand functional implications of changes.

· Involvement with all phases of development.

· Responsible for developing software applications according to the quality standards Project scope documents.

· Supporting preparation of user procedures and user acceptance testing Provide pre-implementation and post-implementation support to the systems and business teams.

· Meet clients and understand the requirements of the project thoroughly.

· Problem analysis and resolution.
