Job Description

Conducting regular employee communication meets. Ensuring process implementation of the Performance Appraisal System. Handling employee related issues pertaining to transfers, benefits and issues pertaining to the grading structure/ policy followed by the bank.Conducting exit interviews

Liaisoning between the HR team and the business groups for their hiring requirements.Performance/Talent Assessment of employees.
