Designation Walk-In – Freshers/Process Associate/Sr.Process Associate/Team Lead

Job Description

1) Trainee Associates
Graduates in B.Com, B.B.M, M.Com, M.B.A (Finance) only
2) Associates
Commerce/Finance graduates with 1-2years of work experience in banking/mortgage related processes in a BPO/Audit Firms.

1 year experience working in the Accounts payable process in a BPO project /Finance department.

3) Sr. Associates
Commerce/Finance graduates with 2-3years of work experience in banking/mortgage related processes in a BPO.
Ability to handle a team 5-7 FTE’S.
Should have client facing skills

4) Team Leader
Commerce/Finance Graduate with min 4 years of experience and atleast 2 years in banking /mortgage processes in a BPO.
Excellent communication skills,
Ability to handle a team of 10-12 FTEs
Should be detail oriented & understand all aspects of BPO process.

Walk-in scheduled for Accounting & Finance Graduates.

Education Background:
Graduates in B.Com, B.B.M, M.Com, M.B.A (Finance) only

Skills Required:
1) Very good typing skills
2) Proficiency in written and spoken English
3) Working knowledge of Basic & Advanced Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet
4) Analytical Skill
5) Excellent Communication skill
6) Excellent Mathematical skills
