Trainee Associates/Associates-US Outbound Voice Process(COLLECTIONS)

Job Description

Skills:

Should have 6 months to 1.5years experience in an international voice process
Experienced in any process (customer service, collections, telemarketing, etc.) or domain (finance, insurance, retail, etc)
Knowledge of Mortgage will be an advantage but NOT mandatory
Should have a sound understanding of MS Office tools
Possess excellent English speaking and Analytical skills

Specifications:

Candidates willing to work in night shifts need only apply
Selected candidates must be willing to sign an employment agreement as per the policy of the company

Desired Profile

Education Background:

Any Graduate with a minimum aggregate of 40% in 10th / 12th / Graduation

Date & Timings:

From 2nd Feb 2009 onwards between 10:00AM to 6:00PM excluding Sundays
