Job Description
1. Responsible & accountable for business targets for the assigned location.
2. Achieve business targets as set by the company month on month.
3. Generating business leads and converting leads into sales.
4. Completion of documentation and ensuring issuance of policies, including providing daily sales and other MIS reports as required.
Sales
- Solicit life insurance business from bank customers and references
Follow up on ORM to ensure issuance
Reporting Structure
- Dual reporting to IVL RM and IVB Branch Manager
Separate Incentive Structure
Career path FPC to RM and upwards
Desired Candidate Profile
1. The incumbent should be graduate from any faculty.
2. IRDA certified preferred or freshers can also apply.
3. Candidate has to be excellent in Communication and presentation skill.
