Job Title: Airline Process Executive

BPO services : At its India (Gurgaon) based facility, IGT offers its clients avant-garde call center technologies, rigorous process & quality focus conforming to international standards and best practices. Services include BPO Consulting, critical Customer Interaction services, Back Office Solutions, Fares Management and IT enabled Back Office processes.

Education & Experience: Six months experience in reservations and ticketing in Travel/Aviation/Tourism industry Or Possess a Diploma/Certification in Travel & Tourism related course recognized/ certified by IATA/UFTAA

* Ability and willingness to work 24X7 (including night shifts).
* Organized, methodical, efficient and highly responsible.
