Experience: 1 – 4 Years
Job Location: Mumbai, Mumbai Suburbs
Job Description :
* Handling End to End Recruitment process.
* Looking after the entire cycle of recruitment that includes headhunting/searching/sourcing potential candidates.
* Sourcing candidates from various job portals, referrals, internal database and networking.
* Involved in re-sorting & screening of technical resumes,
* Closely working with HR’s for scheduling Meetings/appointments with the candidates.
* Negotiating & convincing candidates to accept the offer and make them join as soon as possible.
* End- to- End follow-up of candidate
* Preparation of Weekly and Monthly report relating to Interviews with number of interviews happened, Offer Made and Candidates Joined
* Looking after the entire cycle of recruitment that includes headhunting/searching/sourcing potential candidates.
Desired :
* Graduate with 1-4 years of experience
* Should be target oriented.
* Candidates with BSc- IT will have a definite advantage
* Prior experience with either of domain specific skills such as IMS or IT Infrastructure services, Investment Banking (Capital Markets, Equity, Fixed Income, Derivatives) will be a big plus.
