TELEMARKETING EXECUTIVES (FEMALE)

Experience : 0 – 2 Years

Location : Mumbai

Functional Area : ITES/BPO/KPO, Customer Service, Ops.

Job Description

1. Making outbound calls.

2. Calling prospective clients from the existing database.

3. Expanding/ building up existing database of the clients.

4. Generate leads for Sales Executives.

5. Resolving customer queries.

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Should have excellent communication skills inEnglish and Hindi, good interpersonal skills and an effective listener.

2. Proficiency in any regional language would be an added advantage.

3. Should have knowledge of computers (MS – Office).

(College students can be considered under flexi timing. Freshers can also apply)

The opening is at our Business and Computer System Division.
