Job Description

Marketing Executives shall function as members of a team to promote L J Hooker Brand, and hardcore selling of real estate. Job profile would include:
:

preparing photo shoots of apartments, houses, commercial spaces and other properties;
managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters and flyers – this can involve writing and proofreading copy and liaising with designers and printers;
arranging for the effective distribution of marketing materials;
maintaining and updating mailing databases;
organising and attending events and exhibitions;

carrying out market research and customer surveys to assess demand, brand positioning and awareness;
evaluating marketing campaigns;
monitoring competitor activity;

Desired Candidate Profile

Degree in BBM, BBA, B.com, Literature, Marketing Economics or related disciplines
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Possess good communication and interpersonal skill
Matured, committed, self motivated and responsible with good working attitude
.Willing to travel; not a clock watcher
.Preferably between 20 to 35 years old.
.Preferred at least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required. In exceptional cases freshers will also be considered.
. Candidates with experience in insurance sector also prefered
.Female Executive with matching qualifications can apply
