Job Description :
As a Business Development Executive with the firm, you will be responsible for contributing to the firm’s growth via development of new client relationships primarily with SME companies. The Business Development Executive will be expected to prospect and establish new client relationships with Hackett’s Advisory Membership Programs targeted at C-level executives. He/she is also responsible for establishing effective communication channels with internal resources and service-delivery personnel as well as external executives to ensure client satisfaction and preservation of the value of the Firm’s intellectual property.

Selling the firm’s Advisory services with the goal of maximizing revenues in a timely, reliable and consistent basis
Calls the C- Level executes and explains the Hackett Advisory Services.

Desired :
Flair towards selling the advisory services to C-level executives in large, diversified, global accounts, with skills ranging from identifying new opportunities to prospecting to closing
A solid understanding of business processes, how they function, and key issues and challenges within back office functions
A self-starter, goal-oriented and able to work with a high degree of autonomy
Willing to travel to call on prospective clients
Ability to work effectively with other members of the Firm’s sales and delivery teams
Strong executive presence
