1. Apollo iPOD (TSR – Voice)
Roles & Responsibility: to provide technical assistance to Apple customers
US shift
Graduates/ Undergraduates (PUC 2008 or before) / Diploma holders/ B.E or B.tech 2007 or before with less than 60%
Basic technical knowledge ( H/W )
Good communication skills
Salary ranges between 2.01 pa to 2.55 pa *(inclusive of incentives & Food coupons)
Free transportation
2. Capstone (CSR Inbound)
Roles & Responsibility: to provide assistance to Capital One bank customers
Should be flexible with shift timings. Graduates/ Undergraduates with 18 months gap / Diploma holders with 6 months gap Should have Excellent communication skills. NO B.Es & B.TECHs
Salary ranges between 2.13 pa to 2.55 pa ( Including incentives & Food coupons )
