Skill set- (VB/C#/.Net)*
- 0-3 years experience in IT
- Knowledge of required programming languages
- Coding as per specifications
- Participate in code reviews / requirement walkthroughs
- Understand the design.
- Unit testing / module testing
- Adherence to Quality process
- Demonstration of “learnability” (ability to learn things quickly with minimal assistance)
- Identify 2 core areas of improvement for self.
- Adaptable and flexible to work in any technology
