Job Description :
* Responsible for conceptualizing and producing multimedia training content.
* Examples of training content include courseware, games, activities, 3D animations, and video content. You will be developing eLearning courseware and simulations supported in the Saba learning management system for new and existing consumer support contact center agents.
* Develop soft skills and technical training programs for contact center operations.
* working with internal departments to gather training requirements for new and upgraded training content, implementing improvements to training programs, and assisting to ensure training materials are effective and up-to-date.
* Theoretical and practical experience in multimedia development, and training and design and development with a high level of proficiency in adult education acquired through experience is required.
Desired :
* First level university degree required; advanced university degree preferred.
* Minimum 2 years in multimedia production techniques, including at least, Flash, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, and HTML.
* Knowledge of an instructional design model, SCORM standards, adult learning theory, and web-based instructional design methods are required.
* Preferred experience in technical training in a corporate environment with a preference for experience in a customer service or contact center environment.
