Job Description

Besides the statuary administration tasks as a HR Manager, he/she also regularly reports to the board of directors. The HR Manager also supports clusters and their Human resource requirements, plans training and ensures a sound HR environment within the organization. The HR Manager is an experienced team leader and strong team player.

*Manage Employee Relations / Issue Resolution
* New employee orientation and assimilation
* Employee Engagement and Retention
* Change Management
* Performance Management
* Conduct and manage walk-in interviews
Note:Please apply only if you are ready to relocate to Gadag district based in North Karnataka.
