Image Processing, Medical Domain Expert, DICOM – Pune

Job Description

-3+ years of software development in a regulated environment, experience in image processing preferred, medical imaging, signal processing
-Requirement analysis and solution designing for imaging applications/products
-Familiarity with designing and developing BioMedical / Lifescience image analysis algorithms
-Familiarity with DICOM image formats desirable.
-Knowledge and ability to work within safety related quality standards: FDA, ISO, etc
-Experience with image file formats and compression techniques
-Background of imaging software development should include image segmentation, image reconstruction, image registration, 3D rendering, etc
-Design and develop user interface designs for imaging applications / products
-Conceive and conduct tests & verification of new designs methods, testing methods and processes
-Knowledge of commercial or open source imaging and image processing tools or toolkits.
-Strong mathematical and analytical skills

Role: Sr. Engineer, Team lead, Tech Lead

Desired Profile

-Experience in C++, MFC, .Net
-Hands on Modifying / Writing new code for existing designs
-Knowledge of Object Oriented Design techniques
-Application of techniques using C++, Inter-process communications, Multithreading, etc.
-Data base Interface and Management
-Participation in reviews of requirements, design, source code, and supporting documentation
-Diagnosis and debugging problems and devising solutions
-Development and conducting of tests to ensure functionality, integration and quality.
-Excellent communication and analytical skills
