Constables Recruitment 2009 in Indo-Tibetan Border Police, Ministry of Home Affairs(Govt. of India) for Radio Operator, Radio Technician, Lineman, Motor Mechanic, Driver Job Openings

Applications are invited from male Indian citizens, for filling up of vacancies of above posts in Group-C for the year 2009 on temporary basis likely to be permanent, for the following posts as mentioned against each, in the Indo Tibetan Border Police Force. The post has all India liability and selected candidates can be posted anywhere in India and even abroad. On appointment, the candidate shall be governed by the ITBPF Act and Rules.

* Contable (Radio Operator)
* Constable (Radio Technician)
* Constable (Line Man)
* Head Constable (Motor Mechanic)
* Constable (Motor Mechanic)
* Constable (Driver)

Salary Band:
a) Head Constable Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 2,400/- per month.
Constable Rs. 5200-20200 + Grade Pay Rs. 2,000/- per month.
b) Other allowances: The post will carry Dearness Allowance, Ration Money, Washing Allowance as admissible from time to time, Special Compensatory Allowance while posted in specified border areas, free uniform, free accommodation or HRA, Transport Allowance, Free leave pass and any other allowances as admissible in the Force from time to time under the rules/instructions. They will be covered under new restructured defined contributory pension scheme.

* The last date of receipt of application is 23rd November 2009 for all States except below.
* The last date of receipt of applications is 30th November 2009( For Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Mizoram, Manipur, Nagaland, Tripura, Sikkim, Ladakh Division of Jammu and Kashmir State, Lahaul- Spiti District and Pangi Sub-Division of Chamba District of HP, Andaman & Nicobar Islands and Lakshadweep)

Eligible and interested candidates should send their Applications (duly filled in Hindi or English only) complete in all respects and Candidate’s Admit Card duly filled in, in the prescribed proforma as per Annexure ‘I’ and Annexure ‘II’. The application shall be type written or neatly hand written on one side only on full size plain paper with passport size photographs affixed on application/admit card duly attested by Gazetted Officer along with application fee, enclosures as in para-12 at the address as mentioned in para 4 & so as to reach on or before the prescribed last date.
