Job Description   

- Provide technical assistance to the customers over the phone
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to Operating Systems, Hardware and Networking Technologies
- Should be willing to work in night shifts
- Willing to work for International Clients

Desired Profile    

- Candidates must have a good command over english (both written and verbal)
- Candidates must be willing to work in shifts
- Graduates preferred
