Job Description :

* Providing functional leadership to the operations of the BPO – F&A Operations team.
* Ensure resources match workloads to provide cost effective, high quality service within agreed SLA’s and timeliness.
* Lead an effective team of Finance and Accounts professionals.
* Will drive business and interfaces with the clients.
* Build and maintain effective long-term relationships with key members of the client team.
* Identify opportunity for growth of the product/services and participate in transitions.
* Drive best practice sharing.
* Follow up on workflow messages, communicate with local organizations, solve problems, and carry out month end close activities such as accrual booking and reconciliation.
* People management as well as process control of large teams. Lead a financial and accounting staff to deliver accounting data and financial information to management decision makers, accurately and on time.
