Senior Software Engineer Walk-in on 19-Jan-08 @ 10A.M

An ideal candidate should have experience in

Understand the product functionality.
Identify code impact and create detailed design document based on high level design document.
Participate in high level design document discussions and gain understanding. (Senior resource with good telcom exposure can prepare high level design as well).
Coding based on detailed technical design inline with quality standards.
Preparing JUnit test cases and measuring the code coverage.
Resolving issues raised by Component System test and Product System test.

Technical tasks:

Coding in Java/J2EE technologies (JSP, Servlets, EJB)
Using Struts framework for Webtier functionality.
Working knowledge on Weblogic, ant.
Prepare case/sequence diagrams using tools like Rose/Poseidon/Visual Paradigm. (Optional)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Willing to do analysis/quality coding.
Prepare quality design documents.
Build subject matter expertise and take ownership of issues raised in that area.

Experience : 3 - 5 Years
