Mainframe - Developer(T41931)

Roles and Responsibilities: DB2, JCL/PROC, DB2

Skill & Job Requirements: Wipro Technologies is looking for candidate who is having experience in working large development / maintenance projects with COBOL, DB2 and CICS with 2-6 years of experience.

The candidate should have experienced a complete Software Delivery Life Cycle for development & maintenance projects.

Should have done Knowledge Acquisition for existing large applications on Mainframe platform.

Should be aware or involved in working in an onsite / offshore model.

Knowledge in Insurance Domain will be essential.

The candidate should have worked in projects involving SEI-CMMi Level 5 processes & Six Sigma methodologies.

Qualification: BE / BTech

Experience: 3-4YEARS

Skills: At Wipro Technologies you will be responsibile for requirement analysis and prepare system definition, interact with Business group and managing requirement volatility, define system testing & integration testing. The Job will also include coordination with the delivery team both at UK and India to derive high-level and low-level design, provide guidance to development & delivery teams. Once the application is delivered, get involved in resolving the maintenance/enhancement requests along with the support team. Project Management and On-site coordination
