BPO Voice Opening – Walk-ins for BPO voice at Steria, Noida

Job Description

1. Make outbound calls to customers and check details about the business as per information with us. (Market Research)
2. Take inbound calls from customers asking about billing information.
3. Inbound / Outbound calls regarding Medical Insurance.

Desired Candidate Profile

The eligibility is:

Experience in working with international Call centre with at least 6 months of outbound calling exp, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good aptitude and English comprehension and writing skills.

Essential:

Open to working in UK/ rotational shifts
Education – Graduate in any stream.
Experience – 6 months in an International calling role with excellent communication.
Good customer interfacing skills /Pleasant conversationalist/Clear pronunciation and correct grammar.
