Job Description

Position Summary

As a software engineer you will be responsible for developing sophisticated tools/applications. You will work closely with project managers, senior software engineers, and operations engineers to design and deploy tools/applications.

Requirements

2+ years of programming experience in Java/J2EE or C++
Proficient with Oracle 8i/9i
Strong OOPS concepts
Proficiency on UNIX (Solaris, Linux) and NT platforms
Experience with various server side software (Apache, Caucho Resin, Websphere)
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Excellent organizational skills
Excellent problem solving skills
Strong sense of ownership
Familiarity with networking concepts/protocols
Ability to use design patterns

Qualification

BTech/M Tech/MS –Computer Science Degree or equivalent from a university of repute.
