QA Software Test Engineers.

Job Description

You will be part of our India Software Development Centre and be responsible for organizing software testing for various products developed on the Windows platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the development and execution of QA test plans during all phases of product development. This includes the creation of both manual test cases and automated scripting for functional, performance and load testing with understanding the software application concepts and development items to be tested.

To coordinate and prepare test environment which is suitable for particular software to be tested.

To work closely with the development team to develop test strategies, report defects and ensure the quality of software releases.

Commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals and deadlines.

Desired Profile Candidate must Have:

At least 3 years experience in software test environment using C++/C# or other OO languages.

Hands on experience in writing testing procedures, defining test cases that elicit the required product behavior and evaluating tests results.

Extensive experience in conducting Integration Testing, System Testing and Regression Testing.

Nice to have:

Experience in test management and coordination as test lead or test manager.

Knowledge of software development based on the RUP and UML.
Prior experience with automated test tools such as Robot (GUI test tool) or C++Test (Unit test tool).

Able to speak, read and write Japanese (possessing JLPT 3 and above).

Academic Qualifications :

Bachelor / Honors Degree in Computer Engineering, Computing(Software Engineering) or equivalent qualifications.
Diploma in Computer Engineering, InfoComm Technology or equivalent, with relevant software development working experience will also be considered.

Working Experience :

3 to 10 years for degree holder; 5 to 10 years for diploma holder
